On this dvd are some interesting examples of veteran turboprops including an Africargo Canadair CL-44 attempting (and failing) to take off from Sharjah, Hawker Siddeley HS-748 operations in South Africa, Canada and Alaska as well as a trip on a Bouraq Viscount 843 in Indonesia. There is some great footage of full power engine runs soon after the Canadair CL-44 Guppy's arrival in Bournemouth Airport in the UK. This is followed by a wonderful flight from Los Angeles to Lake Tahoe using PSA and Air California L-188 Electras. Electras also feature prominently in the Rio to Sao Paulo Brazil air bridge. Then there is the Air Chatham Convair CV-580 flying in New Zealand. Finally, there is a very low level sortie in an Icelandic Coastguard Fokker F27 Friendship.
