Return Policy

We are committed to your complete satisfaction with our products.  You may return unopened merchandise within 14 days for a full refund.  Refunds on opened merchandise will be less a 25% restocking charge. Please contact us first for return address and instructions. Note that shipping charges are non-refundable with the exception of defective video returns.

 

Exchange for defective videos: If you experience problems playing a video, contact us for assistance. If we determine that you have a defective video, we'll ask you to return the video to us. Then we'll ship a replacement video back to you free of charge and refund the return shipping charges that you incurred.
