See U.S. aircraft drop nearly 100,000 tons of munitions down upon the North Vietnamese, while other planes fly in food, ammunition, and medical supplies as the runway explodes with enemy fire. In 70 days of fighting, U.S. B-52s flew 2,548 sorties and dropped 59,542 tons of bombs, making it a battle that the enemy would never forget.
